- The Rah / Chief Rabbit:
Oversees all affairs in the warren and its relations with other warrens. The Rah rules with complete authority, but he can be checked by the Council General and the Council Members if the former and the latter see major error in his judgement in execution of his official duties. Therefore, he is required to always consult the Council General and the Council Members on grave matters dealing with the warren restructuring and internal and foreign affairs that may threaten the warren internally and externally.

- The MarliRah / Chief Rabbit's Mate:
Is looked at to be a guide for the does of the warren. If a doe has a problem that needs to be brought to the attention of the Rah, generally it is brought to the MarliRah, and she proceeds to deliver it to the Rah. The MarliRah does not hold any of the decision making or powerful abilities as the Rah. The offspring of the MarliRah are more privilaged than the rest of the kittens in the warren -- as a kitten of the litter will one day take the place of the present Rah.
