Thin and wiry, Hombathlay is built more for speed than strength, though she can hold her own in a fight if absolutely necessary. Her coat is a rusty red color, though it's paler along her belly, and much darker on her paws and eartips. Her marli is the one who noted that it resembled the coat of a homba, thus earning her her name.
Hombathaly is young and a bit of a troublemaker, but her heart's in the right place. She's extremely impulsive, but is generally clever enough to get herself out of the trouble she wanders into. Hombathlay also sees it as her duty to lighten the mood if it gets to heavy, often leading her to crack jokes at the worst possible moments.
